These Terms & Conditions govern use of Harroee and purchases from Grayspire LLC. By using the site or submitting an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from them. You must be legally able to enter a contract and must provide accurate information.

Products and orders

We make reasonable efforts to present accurate product titles, images, colors, dimensions, materials, features, included pieces, prices, and availability. Screen settings, lighting, natural materials, manufacturing changes, and reasonable measurement tolerances can cause variation. Review the complete product page and ask questions before ordering.

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not guarantee acceptance. We may reject or cancel an order for catalog or pricing errors, payment failure, suspected fraud, shipping restrictions, inventory unavailability, or other legitimate reasons. If captured payment relates to a canceled order, it will be refunded to the original payment method.

Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are displayed at checkout where available. For cross-border orders, import duties, taxes, brokerage, customs charges, and local fees are the responsibility of the customer unless expressly included at checkout or in writing. You authorize the payment provider to charge the total accepted order amount and represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

Delivery, returns, and warranty

Our Shipping & Delivery, Returns & Refunds, and Product Warranty & Claims policies form part of these terms. Customers are responsible for accurate measurements, delivery access, site preparation, permits, assembly, anchoring, safe use, maintenance, and following manufacturer instructions. Professional installation may be appropriate for large structures, fire or gas products, electrical products, and anchored items.

Acceptable site use

You may not use the site unlawfully, interfere with security, attempt unauthorized access, submit false information, introduce malicious code, scrape the site in a manner that disrupts service, or violate another person’s rights. Site content is owned by us or used under permission and may not be commercially copied or exploited without authorization. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site is provided on an “as available” basis, and implied warranties are disclaimed except where they cannot lawfully be excluded. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability arising from an order will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of Colorado, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections that apply in their state. Disputes may be brought in a court with lawful jurisdiction. We may update these terms prospectively when our services or legal obligations change. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective.
