Product Warranty & Claims

Warranty coverage varies by product and manufacturer. A product-specific written warranty shown on the product page, in the packaging, or supplied with the product controls for that item. Unless a written warranty is provided, no additional commercial warranty is promised beyond rights that apply under law.

What may be covered

A verified manufacturing defect or failure covered by an applicable written warranty may qualify for troubleshooting, replacement parts, repair, exchange, or another remedy stated by the warranty provider.

Common exclusions

Coverage generally does not include normal wear, cosmetic variation, fading or weathering consistent with the material, misuse, neglect, commercial use unless approved, improper storage, improper assembly or installation, failure to anchor or maintain the product, unauthorized alteration, accident, extreme weather, corrosion from unsuitable conditions, or damage caused by ignoring care and safety instructions.

Submitting a claim

Use the Contact page and provide the order number, SKU, a clear description of the issue, photographs or video, packaging and shipping labels when relevant, and the affected assembly step or part number. Keep the product, parts, and packaging while the claim is reviewed. Do not arrange an unauthorized repair or disposal if reimbursement is requested.

This policy does not limit consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
